The team that worked on this sweet house kept all the love and light here with the newer windows, brand-new blinds, and fresh warm-tone walls. The home has a full basement with a possible office (not a bedroom due to no egress) and washer/dryer hookups. There is off-street parking and Lancaster Utilities & AEP are the utility providers. Fur babies are welcome to apply along with their humans. There is a yard but it is not fenced. We love all dogs and cats but our insurance restricts breeds, so check out here for more details. What we adore about this space: The vintage white kitchen cabinets are sturdy and have brass pulls. Plus the natural sunlight throughout is amazing!! The traditional layout is super easy to decorate and keep clean.
Things to Consider: The washer/dryer is in the basement but it’s large with lots of storage space. Window A/C units may be available upon request depending on availability.
