Things to consider: The home is 100 years old so it’s got unique cubbies and storage. If you’re looking for a new build, this is NOT it. Also, it doesn’t have central a/c. Because it’s brick and plaster, plus north facing the home stays remarkably cool. Window A/c units have worked fine.
