In the full sized kitchen, there are tons of cabinets, a full size fridge, electric stove, and new faucet. The bathroom is just off the kitchen. It has a pedestal sink, tile shower, new toilet, and storage to the ceiling. The heat is baseboard electric.

It does have washer/ dryer hookups but it is located in an additional storage room / laundry room with exterior access. This is dedicated only for you and it is your space, not shared.

It has full-sized cabinets in the galley kitchen. A brand new gas stove and a new retro-style fridge all add to the vibe and function of the kitchen. Just off the kitchen is the living with built-ins and a place for coats to hang up. Through the living room is the bedroom, which is the largest room and comfortably fits a queen-sized bed and swoom swoon-worthy gas decorative AND functional black iron stove.

The location of the tiny house is actually in a “full sized” neighborhood just 2 blocks from Fairfield Medical Center. This triangular lot has mature trees. What we adore about this space: The Kitchen!! The full sized cabinets, layout curved doorways are the best! O.k. we also adore the fireplace and floors - easy to decorate and keep clean.

Things to consider: This is a tiny house! LOL The bedroom will fit a queen or king sized bed but there’s not a lot of storage space. Total home sq footage is 386.
