Step #4 Your Info is Verified & Approval

After you’ve had an In-Person Home Tour, you’ll be invited to submit your driver’s license, bank statements, pay stubs, and a budget via a Secure Portal. Mary will text you the link. After you’ve submitted these documents, your file will be reviewed and hopefully, you’ll receive a text from Mary letting you know the Approval Committee has selected your household to be matched with this home. The final step is a background/credit check with is done with TransUnion. The cost is between $40-$50 per adult. Then, once those reports come back clear - you’re fully approved!!

We wish we had homes for everyone who applies, but if you aren’t selected, don’t worry! We are working on more homes and your info is good for 30 days so you don’t need to start over if you like a different home.
