WHAT’S DIFFERENT ABOUT RUNNING CREEK? So glad you asked! We are the best small but mighty real estate company in Lancaster Ohio because we truly work together with our residents for long-term success. We listen (imagine that!) to what our friends and neighbors are asking for here in our hometown. That’s why we designed this space for Big Dog owners. We also listened and added homes that are “rent-with-the-option-to-buy” so that homeownership doesn’t need to be so stressful and renters can buy the home they already live in. Wouldn’t that be great not to have to move again?! Yes, we know and we are happy to help. So, if you have questions, just text us. We’re real people, making homes that feel like a real home, in our hometown we know and love. Office cell 740-277-1619.
More questions about the Big Dog Option? Right here are the details:
1) How Big? Well, we can do 80-100 lbs comfortably in this space. We’re not going to put your big pup on a scale of course, but that’s logically a good size.
2) What are the fees? The same for any of our other dogs and cats. We’re not upcharging for them. This is their spot. We do have an allergen cleaning fee that goes to our cleaning company of $350 and then pet rent per month $35 per animal. We can delay the allergen fee for 30 days for qualified applicants to lower move in costs. You can also split rent between the 1st and 15th to make it easier to budget.
3) What Breeds? We can accept a lot! But there are a few agreesive breeds that our insurance will not allow. We know it stinks, we tried to change their minds, and they won’t budge. So check out our list here that are considered aggressive PET POLICY.
4) Any other details? Yes! We ask that you are considerate of our plumbing and bath your puppy beauty outside or just down the street at the Pet store bath area. If the drains get clogged, it would be your responsibility and it’s a yucky, expensive, mess.
5) Pet clean up in the yard must be done consistently. As dog owners ourselves, we know it can get out of hand quick with a big pup! Lawncare and mowing is your responsibility and we know it is just easier when it’s done daily and not left to get crazy. That said, we also get charged extra if any of our service guys step or get their ladders/equipment in dog manure so there is an extra fee that you could be charged. We’re all about avoiding fees, so be ready that the clean up should be on the daily to-do list.
