With new flooring and a cool color palette, the Studio room provides a calming place to relax. It has high ceilings, a vintage fireplace, a closet, and decorative columns.
In the full sized kitchen, there are tons of cabinets, a full size fridge, electric stove, and new faucet. The bathroom is just off the kitchen. It has a pedestal sink, tile shower, new toilet, and storage to the ceiling. The heat is baseboard electric.
It does have washer/ dryer hookups but it is located in an additional storage room / laundry room with exterior access. This is dedicated only for you and it is your space, not shared.

The resident is responsible for both Lancaster Utilities and AEP. The application is FREE online. Month to month-to-month lease.
Rent is $854 and Deposit is $230 We offer a split rent option for qualified folks with rent due on the 1st / 15th of the month. There is no extra fee and online rent pay is through apartments.com.
